Veteran owned and operated. My name is Deano, and my wife, Shana and I decided to open a cottage bakery and offer premium health concious baked good. After years of health issues, tests, and hospitalizations with no answers we finally found a docotor that took the time to do test and place Shana on a elimination diet. Man that showed us a lot. We were finally on the right path to healing. We quit eating processed food and starting making everything from scatch. It was hard in the beginning but it just became second nature after while. Well that also tranfered over to Shana's baking. We buy the best ingrediens we can with minimal additives and chemicals. She worked hard to find the best type of gluten free flour and regualr flour that has nothing but wheat in it. She worked hard testing different sugar replacements to find the one that isn't full of garbage and doesn't leave a nasty after taste. We started testing the new baked good at our service dog training days which were every Saturday. They ate it up and even asked her to make all the baked goods for their large training events twice a year. No one had any idea everything was sugar free and gluten free until we told them. Now we have a grand son that we want to be able to enjoy baked goodies without loading his body with trash and chemicals. We want to help guide people to better baked goods where you don't lose the flavor and texture we all love.
